Delivery Information

It can range from 2-7 working days, depending on where you reside. Please view further delivery.

The delivery timelines may vary per province – All orders are dispatched from Johannesburg, Gauteng South Africa.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Once you receive your order tracking information and after you track it on the relevant courier site linked below and it shows your package was delivered but you have not received it , Please alert us via telephone or email. We will then be able to address with the relevant courier company.

What are my delivery options?

Below are the options available of obtaining your parcel.

Please note that Bonnets, Cradles and other Large Parts will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R200 for a  depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment. Please call us if you not sure on anything.

Courier: This is a service completed through the following courier service providers:

  • The Courier Guy
  • Ram
  • DHL

The courier is determined upon dispatch based on the individual area and parcel size.

Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail or through your dashboard.

Delivery Times: These timelines are only applicable once the parts have left our JHB store (processing of orders may take 2-7 working days):

  • To Gauteng: 1 – same day – 2-3 Working Days
  • To Main Centers (CTN, DBN, PE): 2 – 3 – 5 Working Days
  • To Regional Areas: 3 – 5- 7 Working Days
  • To Remote Areas: 3 – 5 – 7 Working Days

Collect from our Store:  All orders will be dispatched and no collection service is available.

When do we deliver?

The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.

We do not deliver after hours & on weekends

We do not deliver on public holidays

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item should you need to return it after 3 months from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return your product, you should courier your product to the address as stipulated in the email received by our support team.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a traceable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held liable for lost parcels from third party courier services.
